Are you an experienced Storeperson ready to step into a high-responsibility leadership role? We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the distribution hub for a premier luxury car parts specialist in Eagle Farm.
This is a direct-to-permanent role for a "hands-on" leader. We need someone who understands the floor—having spent years mastering inventory and forklift operations—but is now ready to manage the people, the processes, and the performance of a high-end warehouse.

Your Key Responsibilities:
As the Supervisor, you are the bridge between the warehouse floor and business operations:
Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of storepeople, managing rosters, performance, and daily task delegation.
Operational Flow: Take ownership of the "pick-to-dispatch" lifecycle, ensuring high-value parts are handled with extreme care.
Expert Storeperson Duties: Lead by example in high-level picking, packing, and Forklift (LF) operation.
Inventory Control: Lead stocktakes and cycle counts; you will be responsible for the accuracy of thousands of SKUs.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict OH&S standards and ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained.
What We’re Looking For:
We need a veteran of the warehouse floor who knows how to lead a team through a busy shift:
Proven Leadership Skills: Experience managing, training, or supervising staff in a warehouse or logistics setting.
Experienced Storeperson: Extensive "on-the-tools" background in warehousing; you must know every aspect of the floor.
Automotive Knowledge: Previous experience with car parts is highly desirable due to the technical nature of the inventory.
Mandatory Forklift Licence (LF): High-level competency is essential.
Problem Solver: Ability to handle logistical bottlenecks and team challenges with a calm, professional approach.
