The Role
This dual-focus position requires someone who is happy to be on their feet in the yard but sharp enough to handle the coordination and paperwork that comes with vehicle bookings.
Location: Brendale, QLD
Licence: Manual Open Licence is strictly essential.
- $34/hr no certs required.
Environment: Fast-paced, professional automotive yard.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Logistics: Moving a variety of vehicles (manual and auto) around a tight yard safely.
Booking Support: Updating systems, checking vehicle availability, and assisting with dispatch paperwork.
Quality Control: Inspecting vehicles upon arrival/departure for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
Yard Maintenance: Ensuring the site is organized, professional, and easy to navigate.
What You’ll Need
Manual Proficiency: You must be 100% confident driving manual vehicles daily.
Tech Savvy: Ability to use basic booking software and inventory systems.
Reliability: You show up on time and take pride in your work.
Attention to Detail: You’re the person who notices a scratch or an empty tank before the customer does.
