Key Responsibilities
Safe operation of Heavy Combination (HC) vehicles for regional deliveries.
Operating cranes (rated >10 tonnes) to load, unload, and position heavy equipment.
Conducting pre-start checks and ensuring vehicle/crane maintenance logs are up to date.
Securing loads effectively in accordance with mass and loading regulations.
Adhering to strict On-Site Health & Safety (WHS) protocols.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Licencing: Current Heavy Combination (HC) Driver’s Licence.
High Risk Work Licence: CV Licence
Experience: Proven experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial environment.
Safety First: A clean driving record and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Northern Tasmanian routes and industrial sites.
Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of loading and securing cargo.
