Are you an experienced and reliable Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck Driver looking for consistent work across Brisbane? We are seeking skilled drivers to manage transport logistics for our busy operations across North and South Brisbane job sites.
This role involves the safe and timely delivery and collection of materials, equipment, and machinery essential for our projects (including general logistics, construction, and/or landscaping).
Key Responsibilities
Operating and maintaining a Heavy Rigid (HR) vehicle safely and efficiently.
Accurate completion of logbooks, run sheets, and relevant paperwork.
Liaising professionally with site supervisors and clients during deliveries.
Maintaining compliance with all road transport laws and company policies.
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
Current Heavy Rigid (HR) Class Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial HR driving experience.
Knowledge of the Brisbane metro area and strong navigational skills.
Proven ability to safely secure loads and operate necessary lifting equipment (e.g., tail lifts, basic forklift operations).
Highly Desirable:
Tandem/Semi-Trailer experience (HC/MC Licence) is a plus, though HR is the minimum requirement.
Experience operating tipper trucks or trucks with hydraulic arms/cranes.
Other relevant tickets such as Forklift Licence (LF) or Dogging/Rigging tickets.
A strong focus on safety and commitment to Zero Harm principles.
