Randstad is a chosen labour hire provider for leading Tier 1 civil contractors. With multiple major road development and civil projects actively expanding across Northern and North West Tasmania, we are executing a bulk intake of motivated and reliable Traffic Controllers for immediate starts.
As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for managing the flow of traffic around active worksites, ensuring the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires alertness, great communication, and a strict "safety first" mindset.

Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
- Traffic Credentials: Minimum TCTM1 qualification is required (TCTM2 is highly preferred) or equivalent accredited traffic control/management skill sets.
- White Card: Current General Construction Induction Card.
- Licensing & Transport: Current Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable form of transport to access various site locations.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular/random Drug & Alcohol (D&A) testing.
- Attitude: A positive, team-player approach, a "can-do" attitude, and a high level of reliability.
