Technical Support: Install, diagnose, and repair in-vehicle systems, including dispatch equipment, EFTPOS terminals, taxi meters, and security cameras.
Fleet Maintenance: Conduct network safety inspections and manage vehicle branding and decals.
Relationship Management: Act as a key contact for regional operators, supporting their growth and ensuring high brand standards.
Administration: Maintain accurate records of service jobs, customer interactions, and stock levels.

Technically Minded: You are a natural "fixer" who enjoys working with tools and electronics.
Customer Obsessed: You build rapport easily and have a background in providing high-quality care in busy service environments.
Organized & Driven: You can manage your own time, solve problems on the fly, and meet deadlines.
