The Work
You won't be pigeonholed here. You will work alongside both major and boutique developers, managing a diverse portfolio that includes:
- State Facilitated Development (SFD)
- Large-scale Residential, Commercial, and Industrial hubs
- Complex Mixed-Use precincts and Subdivisions
- Critical Infrastructure including Education and Healthcare
- Projects across established urban areas, and greenfield developments.
Who You Are
We are looking for a driven professional with 2-4 years of experience in the Australian planning sector. Whether you are an emerging planner looking for a strong mentor or a mid-level professional ready to step into a Senior Planner role, we want to hear from you.
Technical & Professional Excellence:
- Strong Technical Skills: Proven ability in time management, negotiating with councils, and stakeholder management.
- Communication: Exceptional soft skills are highly advantageous; you can articulate complex planning arguments and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Presentation: Ability to represent the firm at panels or meetings with confidence.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of the QLD Planning system and relevant legislation.
The Reward
- Salary: A competitive base of $80,000 - $110,000 + Super, with flexibility for an outstanding candidate who brings exceptional experience.
