About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to deliver secure, next-generation digital banking applications. You will sit at the intersection of engineering squads and external partners, focusing heavily on biometric onboarding solutions and advanced in-app features (card controls, Click to Pay, and subscription management).
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Design: Translate biometric onboarding goals into clear, technical integration specs connecting internal systems with third-party vendors.
- End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full SDLC—from roadmap scoping, journey mapping ("As-Is"/"To-Be"), and user story creation to backlog refinement.
- Tech & Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with bank engineers and vendor teams to ensure build readiness, robust testing coverage, and smooth go-live support.
- Collaboration: Run Agile ceremonies and use wireframes/prototypes to communicate and present final design concepts to Senior Leadership.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' BA experience within complex, fast-paced environments (Banking/Finance highly regarded).
- Strong technical integration skills, specifically dealing with third-party systems for enrollment and Card Lifecycle Management (LCM).
- Biometrics expertise (exposure to IDVerse or similar onboarding solutions is highly regarded).
- Agile delivery background, with proven experience in backlog grooming, user stories, and UAT execution.
