We are a leading manufacturing facility based in the heart of Eagle Farm, and we’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead to join our stable, long-term operations.

The Role
As the Manufacturing Team Lead, you will be the "engine room" of the floor. You’ll be responsible for:
Leading the Charge: Overseeing a small-to-medium team to hit daily production targets.
Quality Control: Ensuring every product leaving the line meets our high standards.
Safety First: Maintaining a clean, 5S-compliant workspace and ensuring all OH&S protocols are followed.
Workflow Management: Managing shift handovers and troubleshooting minor mechanical or process bottlenecks.
Mentorship: Coaching junior operators and fostering a positive, "can-do" team culture.
About You
We are looking for a leader who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty when needed. You’ll need:
Proven Experience: Experience Leading Hand or Supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Communication: The ability to give clear instructions and report back to management effectively.
Reliability: A rock-solid work ethic—you’re the person the team looks to for direction.
Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills (ERP or Excel experience is a plus).
Licensing: A current Forklift License (LF) is highly regarded but not essential.
