The Roles
We are currently assisting numerous schools with their staffing needs for permanent and long-term contract positions commencing throughout the current academic year and into 2027. We are seeking passionate educators and ambitious leaders across a broad range of disciplines, including:
Subject Specialists: English, Mathematics, Science (all branches), HSIE (including Legal Studies, Business, and Economics), TAS, and PDHPE.
Leadership Pathways: Head of Faculty, Year Coordinator, and Middle Management positions for experienced educators looking to take the next step in their careers.
Primary & Secondary: Opportunities across all key learning areas and stages, from early primary foundations to senior HSC preparation.

Successful Candidate Profile
Current NESA Teacher Accreditation (or eligibility to obtain).
Strong subject knowledge and a dedication to delivering evidence-based, engaging pedagogy.

A desire to contribute positively to a school’s culture, whether through classroom innovation, pastoral care, or co-curricular involvement.

Safeguarding Children & Young People
Randstad Education is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people. We take steps to achieve this through our candidate application process. All Applicants are required to provide a valid state based Working with Children’s Check which is thoroughly screened. In some circumstances, a Federal Police Check and an International Police Clearance is also required. Your consultant will be able to advise if this is applicable to you. Lastly, references are conducted in relation to the applicant’s interactions with children using an online platform that has an inbuilt fraud alert. Employment is subject to clearance of all these checks to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people.
