Location: Sunshine Coast, Tewantin
Hourly pay: $72.84 + super.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of specialist FBT and SG compliance projects within targeted time frames.

• Act as the internal technical specialist, delivering advice on FBT, GST, contractor classifications, and supplier taxation.

• Conduct thorough reviews, mapping out exposure risks and steering effective remediation frameworks.

• Design, document, and embed internal controls and policies to ensure an easy transition to operational workflows.

• Partner cross-functionally across corporate services to clarify regulatory accountability's and support informed decision-making.

• Prepare briefings, risk assessments, and strategic documentation for senior governance bodies.

What You Bring to the Team

• A strong background in driving complex taxation, superannuation, or financial compliance projects within large public or corporate sectors.

• Advanced knowledge of Australian tax legislation, payroll/employment frameworks, FBT, SG, and contractor engagement models.

• Proven expertise running retrospective compliance reviews and implementing internal control frameworks.

• Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory details into clear, operational steps.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical industry mastery. Professional accounting body membership (or working towards) is highly desirable.

• A valid C-Class Driver's Licence and willingness to undergo standard pre-employment checks.
