By fostering strong relationships and understanding our current state, you will help us:
Create a supportive and seamless candidate experience.
Understand existing bottlenecks and lighten administrative burdens.
Review our recruitment technology to ensure it serves our community effectively.
Ensure our practices remain compliant with relevant legislative frameworks and public sector principles.
Co-design a future recruitment framework that clarifies roles and encourages collective success.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings a warm, collaborative approach alongside the following experience:
Demonstrated success in leading recruitment transformations or talent acquisition reviews.
A background working within local government or broader public sector environments.
A thoughtful understanding of recruitment governance and compliance.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a natural ability to guide people gently through change.
Knowledge of New South Wales local government legislation and applicant tracking systems is highly regarded.
Deliverables and Support
You will be well supported by our leadership team throughout this journey. Key outcomes of this partnership will include a collaborative review report, a thoughtful gap analysis, and a prioritised roadmap for future improvements.
If you are ready to bring your nurturing expertise to a community focused organisation, we would love to hear from you. Please share your background, your proposed approach, and your vision for this project with us.
