Leverage your TechnologyOne experience to handle system configuration, troubleshooting, and daily operations for a Financial Services business.
The Opportunity
Working under the direction of the platform Product Owner, you will provide hands-on BAU support, maintenance, and day-to-day configuration for the TechnologyOne platform. This role is focused on the technical side of the system, making it an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within an established team structure.
Your Impact
- BAU Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the point of contact for day-to-day TechnologyOne system issues, resolving technical queries and maintaining platform stability.
- System Configuration: Handle routine, hands-on configuration changes and module maintenance within the TechnologyOne environment.
- Process Automation & ETLs: Assist with the configuration of Business Process Automation (BPA) workflows and support existing ETL data feeds.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Work with business users to understand system issues and translate technical fixes to non-technical staff.
- Documentation: Maintain system logs and create basic user guides to assist with training and system changes.
About You
- Experience: Experience in a TechnologyOne support, Application Support, or Junior Systems Analyst role looking to develop further.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with TechnologyOne is required. Basic competency or exposure to building ETLs, automated workflows (BPA), or supply-chain modules is highly regarded.
