This role is 5 days a week in the Campbelltown office, with flexibility around standard working hours to accommodate school drop-off and pick-up. The role offers an attractive hourly rate between $50 - $58 + Super.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Migration Execution: Directly manage and execute the migration of all historical and current financial data and accounts (including complex inventory and stock data) from Reckon to the new bespoke company platform.
- System Mapping & Integrity: Meticulously map existing accounts and data structures to the new system, ensuring accurate replication and absolute data integrity throughout the transition.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead rigorous testing protocols across all operational kinks, functionality, and data sets within the new system.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary technical point of contact for the finance team, identifying, investigating, and resolving all operational and system issues to ensure smooth functionality.
- Process Documentation: Assist in developing and documenting new financial processes and controls aligned with the new system's structure.
- Financial Alignment: Ensure that all financial accounts, reports, and operating procedures are correctly established and functioning on the new platform.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide hands-on accounting and system support as needed to ensure the project meets its deadlines and objectives.
