Title: Systems Specialist/Tenure Specialist
Contract duration: 12 months
Location: Brisbane
We are seeking a Systems Specialist / Functional Architect to oversee the integrity, integration, and global standardization of core Tenure, Community, and Social Performance (CSP) systems. This role acts as a critical technical bridge, ensuring that jurisdictional requirements and commercial workflows are integrated, automated, and secured across global assets. You will focus on the structural "plumbing" of how systems interact and scale, ensuring a unified "source of truth" across multiple international regions.
What You Will Do:
Manage the integrity, performance, and functional architecture of global tenure and land management systems.
Develop and track technical standards, governance frameworks, and KPIs to ensure data completeness and security.
Lead the functional integration of new specialized systems and industry-specific platforms into the existing ecosystem.
Deliver complex reporting and spatial/temporal analytics to support high-level business insights and spend commitments.
Monitor global compliance and hold regional users accountable for data entry, integrity, and action-alert closures.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Proven experience in technical system administration and architecture within a global, heavy-industry context (Mining, Oil & Gas, or Energy).
Strong foundation in data management principles, including database normalization and the oversight of complex data repositories.
Ability to translate complex jurisdictional legislation and business processes into functional system workflows.
Advanced proficiency in system integration, troubleshooting, and connecting enterprise tools with BI platforms.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence diverse teams across multiple international time zones.
