The role of a supervisor is to:

• Running day to day management of staff and manufacturing teams
• People management
• Problem solving
• Food manufacturing
• Staff engagement
• Shift reporting
• Floor, machinery checks and team/staff checks
• Occasional line production work
• Shift and staff requesting and rostering
• Collaborations and Communications with other sectors of the company

What we are looking for

Previous experience working in a fast paced production, manufacturing, warehouse environment. You will need to be able to stand for long periods and manage teams and daily operations.
