Electrical Site Supervisor – Logan Water Project
Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor ready to lead a critical component of a Tier 1 project in the Logan region?
We're partnering with a major Tier 1 contractor to find an exceptional Site Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a significant local infrastructure project. This is an 8–12 week contract with a strong potential for extension based on project phases.

The Opportunity
As the Electrical Site Supervisor, you will provide essential day-to-day leadership to work crews and subcontractors, ensuring optimal project outcomes on site. Your work will focus on the planning, set-up, and flawless execution of electrical works within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Zero Harm Leadership: Proactively and visibly drive a Zero Harm culture, managing site safety, training, and approving Job Safety and Environmental Analyses (JSEAs). You will take personal accountability for the safety of all work crews and the public.
- Site Management: Oversee all daily site activities, including coordinating resources, plant, equipment, and materials.
- Technical Supervision: Supervise the installation of HV and LV Switchboards and manage all electrical subcontractors.
- Compliance & Quality: Deliver projects that meet client and legislative expectations, and maintain strict quality control management.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle necessary site administration, such as timesheets and maintaining crew compliance.

Essential Experience & Skills:
- Extensive experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the construction sector.
- Specific expertise in HV and LV Switchboard installation.
- Demonstrated competence in developing construction programs and managing subcontractors.
- Proficiency in site safety and environmental management.
- Excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to resolve detailed design issues and manage quality control.
