Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Manual Handling: Frequent lifting and movement of tyres up to 25kg (physical fitness is essential).
100% Picking Accuracy: Precisely selecting orders to ensure zero errors and total customer satisfaction.
Container Unloading: Assisting with the efficient de-vanning of incoming stock.
Inventory Integrity: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with the dispatch team to meet strict daily departure deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
Physical Capability: You must be comfortable with repetitive lifting and a physically demanding workload.
Attention to Detail: A "right first time" mindset—you take pride in your 100% picking accuracy.
Reliability & Attendance: Consistency is key. We need team members who are punctual and committed to their roster.
Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a busy distribution or logistics environment is highly regarded.
Forklift Licence: A current LF Licence is advantageous but not mandatory for the right candidate.
