This isn't just a picking role—we need someone who can jump on a high-reach forklift one minute and manage inventory accuracy the next.

Key Responsibilities:
High Reach Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a high-reach forklift to put away stock and replenish picking faces.
Inventory Control: Take ownership of stock accuracy through cycle counting, digital logging, and investigating discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment: Assist the team with picking, packing, and sorting orders to meet daily departure deadlines.
Cold Storage Exposure: Working across dry, cold room, and freezer environments (all PPE provided).
General All-Rounder Duties: Maintaining a clean workspace and assisting with inward goods as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Forklift Expertise: A current and valid LF Licence with proven High Reach experience is essential.
Stock Savvy: Previous experience in Inventory Control or stock auditing is highly regarded.
Environmental Fit: You are comfortable working in temperature-controlled zones (Cold Room/Freezer).
Reliability: We need a punctual team player who is looking for long-term, stable casual work.
Communication: Strong literacy and numeracy skills for accurate inventory logging.
