Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
As a vital part of our Operations team, you will be responsible for the efficient and compliant running of our stores warehouse, including:
Material and Logistics Management: Conducting material movements, operating forklifts, managing goods receipting, and coordinating collections and despatches with logistics companies and suppliers.
Inventory Control: Performing accurate stock takes and/or cycle counts to maintain precise inventory records.
Safety and Quality: Strictly complying with and supporting all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and Quality requirements, policies, and procedures.
Documentation: Ensuring all relevant documentation and data entry specific to stores tasks and processes are completed accurately and in full.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively escalating and making recommendations to management regarding EHS, quality, technical, and continuous improvement ideas/issues.
Team Support: Assisting other Stores team members with process, procedures, and technical knowledge to achieve overall team goals.
Work Environment: Maintaining the working environment, plant, tooling, and equipment in a safe, clean, and orderly condition, including carrying out pre-start checks and preventive maintenance.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
Experience: Relevant experience within a manufacturing or services warehousing environment is essential.
Skills: Effective organisational, time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
Tech Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems.
Licences: Current Driver’s License and a valid Forklift License (LF/LO).
Certifications (Highly Desirable/Willing to Obtain):
First Aid Certificate
Fire Warden Training
Overhead Gantry Crane License
