We are seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson with a current LF Forklift Licence to join our distribution team in Yennora. This role is suited to an operator who values precision and is happy to balance machine operation with physical warehouse tasks.
Position Overview
This role offers a rate of $36 per hour, with consistent overtime available. We are looking for a versatile team member who is equally comfortable operating a forklift and performing manual floor duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
Versatile Operations: Moving seamlessly between forklift operation and manual warehouse tasks (picking, packing, and sorting).
Forklift Operation: Safe operation of LF forklifts for loading, unloading, and racking.
Order Fulfillment: Accurate picking and dispatch using RF scanning technology.
Inward Goods: Checking stock against manifests and maintaining inventory integrity.
Safety & Compliance: Adhering to WHS protocols and maintaining an organized workspace.
Required Qualifications
A valid, current LF Forklift Licence.
Agility: Must be happy to regularly jump on and off the forklift to assist with manual handling and floor work.
Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong attention to detail and a track record of punctuality.
