• Program Delivery: Strengthen pre-employment screening and integrate integrity triggers into recruitment and system workflows.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Cyber, Fraud, Legal, and Risk teams to drive a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.
• Governance: Identify high-risk roles and maintain registers that link positions to specific suitability expectations.

• Significant experience in vetting, suitability assessment, or personnel security.
• Proven ability to apply PSPF requirements to workforce lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex personal information and make defensible, risk-based decisions.
• Exceptional written skills for preparing executive briefings and structured decision records.
• Experience leading reforms or governance uplift activities in a sensitive environment.
