Role Responsibilities
As the Social Media and Digital Campaign Officer, you will coordinate digital communication channels and manage the digital customer experience across multiple key brands. Your core duties will include:
- Digital Strategy & Campaigns: Developing and implementing social media strategies and digital advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Content Creation: Developing and implementing a schedule of engaging digital content for various purposes and audiences.
- Channel Management: Managing the moderation of social media platforms, coordinating timely responses, and monitoring audience sentiment.
- Performance Analysis: Tracking and reporting on website metrics and social media performance, using data to provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and managing suppliers such as advertising agencies and media partners.
- Project Coordination: Ensuring digital activities are delivered on time, on brief, and within the allocated budget.
Key Selection Criteria
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management and digital campaign delivery. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience: Substantial experience in developing marketing and communication strategies, including the management and moderation of organizational social media channels.
- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of managing multiple social media platforms using scheduling and campaign tools, as well as a strong understanding of SEM, SEO, Digital Display, and Google Analytics.
- Content Expertise: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create and edit content for public consumption.
- Systems Knowledge: Proficiency with web-based Content Management Systems (CMS) and design packages.
- Analytical Ability: Proven capability to use data to evaluate the effectiveness of activities and underpin all deliverables with a strategic focus.
