The Role
This isn't just about "checking boxes." We need a leader. You will be the onsite authority, ensuring that $10M+ projects are delivered with precision. You’ll be expected to navigate complex build methodologies and maintain high standards of safety and quality while keeping the program on track.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading D&C projects from site establishment through to hand-over.
Managing a diverse range of sub-contractors and internal teams.
Solving onsite bottlenecks with a "solutions-first" mindset.
Upholding rigorous Building Codes and Australian Standards.
Your Experience & Qualifications
To hit the ground running, you’ll need a proven track record in the $10m space. We are looking for:
Project Pedigree: Recent experience as a Site Manager on Industrial, Commercial,
Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of both Structures and Finishes—you know what’s happening behind the drywall and under the slab.
D&C Fluency: Experience navigating the Design & Construct process.
Communication: The ability to command a site meeting and provide clear, professional monthly reports to management.
Autonomy: You’re a self-starter who can work independently but knows when to pull the team together for a win.
