This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to simplify systems and enhance customer experiences within one of Australia's largest transformation programs. We are looking for a passionate engineer to deliver robust, scalable solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You Will Do:
Apply deep systems expertise to inform architecture and solution design, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Provide technical and domain consultation across the wider IT community to enhance system robustness.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and project managers to contribute to accurate cost estimates for design and development.
Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex service issues across infrastructure and applications.
Work closely with engineers and stakeholders in a complex, multi-disciplinary project environment.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a major in Software Engineering or equivalent.
At least 7 years of experience in IT, specifically in systems development, support, and maintenance.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) and Informatica.
A strong background in systems integration.
Expert knowledge in at least one technical specialism, such as a specific domain or programming language.
