Location: Pinkenba, QLD
Salary: $90,000 + Super (Full-Time)
Shifts Available: -AM Shift: 5:30 AM Start - PM Shift: 1:30 PM Start
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Shift Supervisor, you are the engine room of our daily operations. You will be responsible for:
Leading from the Front: Overseeing a dedicated team of production workers to meet daily output targets.
Getting Stuck In: Stepping in to help the crew with manual tasks, machine operation, or moving stock whenever the pressure is on.
Safety & Quality: Ensuring all Work Health & Safety (WHS) protocols are strictly followed and that every piece of steel leaving the floor meets our high standards.
Logistics: Utilizing your forklift skills to assist and ensure seamless movement of materials across the site.
What We’re Looking For
Industry Experience: A proven track record leading teams within manufacturing (Steel industry experience is a massive plus).
Current Forklift License (LF): This is non-negotiable as you’ll be on the tools and supporting the floor.
The "Workhorse" Mentality: You’re someone who enjoys the physical nature of the job and doesn't mind getting your hands dirty.
Communication: Ability to clearly direct a team, manage handovers between shifts, and solve problems on the fly.
