Are you a SharePoint expert looking for a high-impact, short-term contract in the heart of Brisbane? We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Specialist to lead the design and development of intuitive SharePoint Online Hubs and intranet sites. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives on improving user experience, integrating complex information systems, and delivering polished, brand-aligned digital solutions in a collaborative, office-based environment.
What You Will Do:
- Design and develop SharePoint Online Hubs and sites tailored for intranet access to maximise the user experience.
- Review and enhance existing SharePoint sites to ensure seamless integration with newly developed digital assets.
- Interpret and structure large volumes of information and templates into logical, user-friendly layouts that align with corporate branding and style guides.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with information sharing policies through close collaboration with ICT partners.
- Provide training and coaching to internal staff, including the creation of support manuals to ensure the ongoing management of SharePoint sites.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Advanced technical skills in developing SharePoint products with a primary focus on accessibility and user experience.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and tools to create structured, logical digital environments.
- Strong communication skills to effectively consult with stakeholders and accurately test user requirements.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work with various products, including Power BI and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Full-time availability to work 100% in-office at the Brisbane CBD location for the duration of the contract.
