Reporting to the workshop manager, your role as a Mechanic will include;
- Consistent set shifts and roster.
- Fault diagnosing and repair of engine, turbo & water pumps.
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, lubrication, tune-ups)
- Ensure compliance with emissions standards.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and certifications.
What you'll need to succeed
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Light Vehicle OR Heavy Vehicle Qualification
- HR/HC licence (preferred not essential)
- Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Experience reading & interpreting maintenance manuals
- Following Work Health & Safety protocols
- Full Australian Work Rights
- Confident to work unsupervised & ability to work well in a team environment
