We are seeking a high-caliber Service-now developer to join a flagship telecommunications transformation project. This isn't just a maintenance role you will be a key architect in migrating a major telco’s legacy operations onto a modern ServiceNow ecosystem. ...

Key Responsibiltiites:

Architectural guidance: Act as a consultant to the business, providing best-practice advice on platform configuration versus customisation
Greenfield implementation: Build and configure the Service-now solution from the ground up to replace legacy systems.
OMT focus: Drive the implementation of Order Management for Telecommunications to streamline complex fulfilment processes.
Platform mastery: Ensure the platform is scalable, performant and aligned with the long-term 4-year transformation goal.

Your Profile:

Experience: minimum 3 years of Service now development (5+ years strongly preferred)
Platform SME: You know the "ins and outs" of the Service now platform.
OMT Expertise: Previous experience with Order Management for Telecommunications is highly regarded
Industry context: A background in Telco is a significant plus, although we will consider Service Now experts from other complex industries.
Communication: You must be comfortable challenging the status quo and providing expert advice to stakeholders on technical direction.
