The Challenge: Lead, Reform, and Deliver

Reporting directly to the Executive team, you will be the ultimate authority on safety. Your mission is to bridge the gap between compliance and culture:

• System Overhaul: Audit existing frameworks and implement gold-standard safety protocols across all live sites.

• Operational Leadership: Drive accountability with subcontractors and site teams. You aren’t a "clipboard inspector". You are a mentor and a firm decision-maker.

• Digital Excellence: Fully leverage HammerTech to turn site data into proactive risk mitigation.

• Complex Stakeholder Management: Navigate the sensitivities of working in active hospitals and schools where public safety is paramount.

We are looking for a rare mix of technical grit and strategic influence:

• Experience: 7–10+ years in Construction (Civil/Commercial), with a proven track record in Senior or Lead roles.

• The "Live" Edge: Specific experience managing safety in high-traffic, occupied environments (Health/Education).

• Tech Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in HammerTech is highly desirable.

• Qualifications: Advanced Diploma of WHS (minimum) or tertiary equivalents.

• Character: You have "thick skin." You are comfortable saying "no" to leadership when safety is at risk and can command respect on a busy site.
