Key Responsibilities
Master Scheduling: Develop and maintain complex Project Master Schedules using Primavera P6.
Project Controls: Integrate cost and schedule data to provide accurate forecasting, trend analysis, and progress reporting.
Critical Path Analysis: Identify bottlenecks in the NPI lifecycle (from design to commissioning) and provide mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to ensure schedule alignment and contractor performance.
Budgeting: Assist in the development of project budgets and provide ongoing cost control support.
Your Profile
You are a planning expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You understand that NPI projects require a unique blend of civil engineering logic and meticulous data management.
Technical Requirements:
P6 Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 is non-negotiable.
Civil Background: Proven experience in civil infrastructure or large-scale construction planning.
Project Controls: A strong grasp of cost control, budgeting, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Highly Desirable:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Qualifications: Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or hands-on site experience.
Industry Experience: Prior experience within the Mining or Resources sector is highly regarded but not strictly required for the right civil expert.
