Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you won't just be "tracking" tasks—you’ll be shaping the future of the department. Your core duties will include:
Assisting the Project Director in coordinating, planning, and delivering critical Roadmap activities.
Undertaking complex research to provide strategic advice to the Executive on organisational issues.
Developing and producing high-level reports, tools, and resources to monitor progress against strategic priorities.
Coordinating workshops, interviews, and surveys to capture insights and drive actionable outcomes.
Delivering expertise across public sector management, performance, and strategy.
What's On Offer:
- Hourly Rate: $70 – $78 per hour + Super
- Location: Perth CBD
- Contract: Initial term with potential for extension
- Sector: State Government
What You Bring to the Table:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Extensive experience in managing and coordinating complex projects from inception to completion.
The ability to distill complex information into clear, concise project documentation and executive-level papers.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a knack for facilitating workshops and influencing effectively.
A commitment to being solutions-focused, working collaboratively, and making a genuine difference.
Essential Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination.
High-level skills in producing executive-ready documentation.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder support capabilities.
Alignment with the Public Sector Capability Framework (Shapes Strategy, Achieves Results, Builds Relationships, Personal Drive, and Communicates Effectively).
