The Role: Strategic Leadership & Performance Ownership
This is a critical, strategic role where you will be the key driver of client success. You will manage the entire media process, from setting the strategic direction to overseeing execution and performance, ensuring maximum ROAS and profit for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Account Ownership: Take full ownership of media strategy and account management as the primary function, managing end-to-end client relationships from initial brief to delivery and performance reviews.
Team Guidance: Provide hands-on support and mentorship to one direct report on campaign execution, advanced optimisation, troubleshooting, and analysis across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
Financial Management: Oversee large budgets, manage pacing, and execute scaling decisions to maximise client return on ad spend (ROAS) and profitability.
Account Hygiene & Automation: Audit and refine complex account structures, tracking setups (including GA4), and implement processes for efficiency and automation.
Data-Driven Action: Translate complex performance and creative data into clear, actionable insights, developing structured testing frameworks (creative, audience, bidding) and client-ready reports.
Growth Identification: Proactively identify growth levers, capitalise on seasonal trends, and find opportunities for account expansion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, providing clear, data-backed briefs to align messaging and targeting for maximum impact.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and automate best-practice processes across both the Growth and Creative teams.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a dedicated paid media role with a proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing accounts.
Platform Mastery: Strong, hands-on expert proficiency across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads is essential.
Creative Analysis: Advanced analytical skills across creative content and proficiency with platforms like Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4. Ability to spot trends and emrging patterns.
High-Spend Management: Demonstrated experience managing significant monthly ad spend across multiple concurrent accounts.
Mentorship: Previous experience managing or formally mentoring at least one team member.
Client Context: Experience working with both e-commerce (DTC) and lead generation models.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to set clear direction, present complex data, and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Highly Desirable (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with reporting dashboards like Looker Studio (or similar BI tools).
Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) fundamentals and landing page testing.
