Pay Rate: $ 75 + Super
Location: Brisbane, QLD.
Contract Length: Part-time flexible (21.45 hours / 3 days per week).
In this role, you will provide administrative and strategic support for a lifestyle advertising campaign aimed at increasing public participation in surveillance, reporting, and compliance. Your duties will include:
- Strategy Development: Develop and oversee communication and marketing strategies that influence behavior and achieve measurable objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and improve key internal and external relationships to enable effective delivery of the Program.
- Research & Analysis: Oversee campaign research projects and provide accurate analysis of findings.
- Project Management: Confidently manage multiple projects while meeting hard deadlines and budgets.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potentially sensitive or contentious issues that create reputational risk.
- Team Support: Support the team during peak periods by taking on additional tasks to ensure all priorities are met.
Key Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strategic Marketing: Ability to draw on best practices to develop innovative strategies that achieve Program KPIs.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in undertaking campaign research and providing accurate analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven capability in building and improving key relationships to enable project delivery.
- Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- Government Experience (Highly Desirable): Experience working with the Queensland Government's Advertising and Communication frameworks.
- Qualifications (Highly Desirable): A relevant qualification in communication, marketing, or research from a recognized tertiary institution.
