We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Front of House Waiter / Bar Person to join our dedicated team. You will be a pivotal part of our functions operations, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Guest Service: Provide a warm, professional, and attentive experience to all guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Bar Operations: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, adhering to all responsible service guidelines. Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
- Payment Handling: Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card, and other transactions as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Hospitality Experience: Significant experience in a senior front-of-house role, including extensive waiting and bar service experience in a high-volume or fine-dining environment.
- Advanced Beverage Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in service, presentation, food, beverage, bar and function operations.
- Flexible Availability: Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Additional Requirements:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Valid National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
