The School
Randstad Education is partnering with a leading network of Independent Special Assistance Schools to find a dedicated educator for their Logan Senior Campus. This school is a sanctuary for disengaged and vulnerable young people, offering an agile, inclusive, and trauma-aware environment where every student is seen, heard, and belongs.
Operating under a "wellbeing-first" philosophy, the school replaces traditional rigid structures with small, community-embedded campuses. Here, education is not just about academics; it is about providing a multidisciplinary safety net—comprising teachers, youth workers, and counsellors—to help students thrive where they may have previously struggled. This is a unique opportunity for an educator who believes that "hope meets possibility" and wants to teach with true purpose.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate Full-time Permanent Teacher to join the Logan Senior team with an ASAP start. While there is a strong preference for specialists in English or Mathematics, the school is highly flexible on methods for the right relational fit.

Pedagogy: Utilize the THRIVE framework to provide trauma-informed, differentiated instruction tailored to student readiness and interest.
Collaboration: Work in a multidisciplinary team alongside youth workers and wellbeing specialists to co-design learning that supports engagement and attendance.
Pathways: Help students navigate vocational growth through VET programs and specialized industry-readiness pathways.
Successful Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Current QCT registration (or eligibility) is essential.
Experience: Demonstrated ability to teach at-risk or disengaged youth and design differentiated programs for diverse learners.
Attributes: A relational educator who is committed to inclusive education and trauma-informed practice.
Flexibility: While English/Maths is preferred, we welcome all secondary teachers who are "change-makers" ready to meet students where they are.
Benefits
Impact: A deeply meaningful career where you change lives daily by helping students build a life of possibility.
Environment: Enjoy smaller class sizes which allow for stronger, more impactful student-teacher relationships.
Support: Access to professional supervision, dedicated PD support, and leadership growth pathways.
Culture: Join a values-driven team built on belonging, respect, and collaborative hope.
Stability: This is a permanent position offering long-term certainty and salary packaging benefits.
