This EL1-equivalent Scrum Mastopportunity focuses on maturing a Learning and Development (L&D) function by embedding Agile methodologies. You will lead the development of a tailored delivery framework to support both strategic projects and business-as-usual learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
Framework Design: Establish and embed an Agile delivery framework specifically for learning and capability development.
Facilitation: Lead core ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Backlog Management: Partner with Product Owners to prioritize delivery backlogs aligned with learning outcomes.
Capability Building: Coach and upskill L&D staff to build sustainable, long-term Agile expertise.
Metrics & Tools: Use Jira and Microsoft 365 to establish reporting, metrics, and delivery discipline.
Mandatory Requirements
Citizenship: Must hold Australian Citizenship.
Experience: 2–3 years as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach.
Sector Background: Proven experience within Federal/State Government or the Insurance sector.
L&D Knowledge: Familiarity with Instructional Design (ADDIE, SAM) and digital learning platforms.
