About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors & Payroll Specialist to join their team for a key 6-month contract, with a further 6-month extension option available. This role is responsible for the end-to-end support of the SAP SuccessFactors suite, specifically focusing on the critical link between HR data and Payroll execution.
The successful candidate will provide technical and functional expertise to ensure system stability, data accuracy, and compliance across the Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
- Employee Central: Troubleshoot employee data, workflows, business rules, and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Payroll (ECP): Resolve processing errors involving schemas, PCRs, and wage types. Manage Retro calculations and off-cycle runs.
- Integrations: Monitor CPI/DRF middleware to resolve EC → ECP replication failures and data inconsistencies.
- Support & Testing: Manage configuration changes, transport movements, and participate in SIT and UAT.
Skills & Experience
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (EC & ECP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Payroll Schemas and PCRs.
- Experience with CPI and data replication frameworks.
- UKG Workforce Management experience is highly desirable.
