Contract opportunity for an experienced SAP Success Factors Solution Architect to drive innovation and provide expert guidance on large-scale digital transformations. In this role, you will lead the architectural design of integrated ERP solutions, ensuring they are fit for purpose, and aligned with long-term business goals.

What You Will Do:

• Provide expert leadership and direction in the design and management of complex integrated solutions, including identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Complete high-level system architecture and design specifications, ensuring solutions remain fit for purpose while minimising unnecessary customisation.
• Consult with business owners and stakeholders to provide strategic expertise on system development, integration, and ongoing enhancements.
• Analyse and resolve intricate technological challenges to deliver innovative solutions within required project timeframes.
• Coach and mentor other architects and team members, fostering a collaborative environment to maintain the integrity of the overall solution.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Proven experience delivering complex solutions across a range of SAP Success Factors modules, including Learning, Recruitment, and Employee Central.
• 5 years + experience in architectural roles within large-scale ERP transformations and highly integrated environments.
• Expert knowledge in designing integration strategies, solution artefacts, and service-oriented architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and negotiate strategic issues effectively.
• Experienced in leading teams and supervising leaders to deliver effective services within geographically dispersed ICT environments.
