About the Role:The SAP FICO Business Analyst will play a key role in analysing and evaluating SAP and non-SAP platforms, translating complex finance-related business needs into actionable system capabilities. The right candidate will be outcome-driven, with a strategic mindset and will act as a key bridge between Finance, Revenue Operations, IT, and project teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years' experience in financial systems and business analysis, with strong exposure to SAP FICO.
Proven experience with complex finance-related integration projects, particularly those associated with banking, revenue processing, and liquidity management.
Business Analysis & Design: Demonstrated capability in planning, facilitating, and documenting design workshops, and the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
Methodology Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and business analysis frameworks (e.g., BABOK) is advantageous.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic delivery skills across SAP and non-SAP environments.
Excellent Communication: Highly developed written skills (documentation, communications, presentations) and excellent verbal communication skills.
Process Modelling: Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modelling tools

Randstad Digital is currently working with an exciting client to find an experienced SAP FICO Business Analyst to support the end-to-end design and implementation of complex financial integrations as part of a large-scale Modern ERP Program (S/4HANA). This is a 13 month contract with the opportunity to extend past that point, based in Brisbane's CBD.
