We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Functional Analyst specialising in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to play a crucial role in modernising our SAP solution, driving efficiency, and providing a robust platform for future growth. What You Will Do:

• Lead and/or support detailed design and configuration discussions, specifically detailing requirements for SAP Production Planning (PP) and its core components (Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, MRP, Production Orders).
• Conduct thorough testing of both SAP PP and Plant Maintenance (PM) configurations to ensure quality, identify issues, and facilitate resolution.
• Collaborate effectively with peers across the ERP program/platform team to ensure services are well-coordinated and integrated.
• Work with business stakeholders and vendors to confirm that PP processes and system configurations are fit for purpose against organisational requirements.
• Drive a more integrated view of service, infrastructure, and assets through a unified approach across all systems, improving analytical and reporting capabilities.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• At least one full S/4HANA greenfield implementation experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience working in a business function related to Production Planning (PP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), along with a relevant tertiary qualification.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in successful implementation or conversion projects, preferably focused on SAP PP and EAM.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing, and management skills—including strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work with disparate stakeholders.
• Highly skilled in SAP Production System and Plant Maintenance, with demonstrated experience of PP integration with other modules such as EAM, Material Management (MM), Sales, and Finance (FICO).
