The Opportunity

They are looking for a Sales Team Leader who is tired of leading via Zoom. This is a role for someone who lives for the buzz of a high-performing sales floor that comes from real-time coaching. You won’t be selling; you will be the driver of success for a squad of 10-12 ambitious Sales Professionals.

Your Role
Elite Coaching: Drive sales excellence through live floor mentorship, side-by-side coaching, and structured 1-on-1s.
Performance Strategy: Use data-driven insights to identify gaps and execute "real-time" fixes to hit targets.
Cultural Leadership: Foster a high-accountability environment where wins are celebrated and standards are non-negotiable.
Strategic Partnership: Work directly with senior stakeholders to refine the Aussie growth playbook.
What You Bring
Track Record: Proven experience leading sales teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (Contact Centre or FinTech preferred).
