The Opportunity

Since launching in Australia in late 2024, our client has rapidly become a powerhouse in the financial protection market. They aren't just an insurance company; they are a global success story with over 1,000 people across the UK, Canada, and NZ.

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader who lives for the "lightbulb moment." You won't be on the phones selling; you will own the performance, culture, and capability uplift of a squad of 10-12 Sales Professionals.

Your Role

• Active Coaching: Uplift sales capability through structured 1-on-1s, live feedback, and real-time floor mentorship.

• Drive Performance: Deliver against sales targets through data-driven decision-making and disciplined execution.

• Shape Strategy: Partner with senior stakeholders to implement strategies that fuel rapid business growth.

• Champion the Customer: Ensure every interaction reflects a "Customer First" approach and meets high compliance standards.
