Your New Role
Join the sales team in a key sales support role, keeping day-to-day operations organised and running smoothly. You’ll help the team stay on track and ensure processes are efficient, accurate, and seamless. You will be responsible for:
- Answering customer calls with professionalism and a friendly, helpful touch
- Processing orders, preparing quotes, and coordinating stock transfers
- Creating fortnightly sales reports and monthly stock updates
- Keeping customers informed on order updates and resolving enquiries
- Supporting the office with supplies, events, and other admin tasks

About You
- Previous experience as a Sales Support Specialist, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Specialist, or Order Processing Specialist
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
