Key Responsibilities
Field Coaching: Be the safety face on-site, mentoring crews and Project Managers on best-practice safety leadership.
Compliance Management: Oversee internal/external audits and maintain corporate safety and quality accreditations.
Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analysis for incidents and near-misses to drive continuous improvement.
Risk Oversight: Manage permit-to-work systems for high-risk activities (heights, lifting, confined spaces).
About You
Qualified: Minimum Cert IV in WHS; a technical or engineering background is highly regarded.
Industry Experience: Solid experience in rail, civil, or heavy infrastructure. (Rail is a plus)
Mobile: Valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel to regional sites as required.
Status: Must be an Australian Citizen or hold full permanent residency.
