About the Opportunities:

We are looking for motivated Health & Safety Advisors to join our civil construction teams. We have multiple positions available now. Whether you want a long-term permanent career or a short-term contract, we have a role that will fit your experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In these roles, your main goal is to keep workers safe and ensure the projects flow smoothly. Your daily tasks will include:

• Walking the site daily to check that work is being done safely
• Daily safety toolbox talks
• Welcoming new workers to the site and explaining safety rules
• Using digital systems (like Dashpivot or Lucidity) to record safety data and incidents
• Helping supervisors and managers understand safety plans (SWMS)
• Preparing for and participating in safety audits to show compliance

What You’ll Need:

• Cert IV in WHS (mandatory)
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in civil construction
• Previous experience successfully delivering safety outcomes on DIT sites will be a major advantage
• A valid Australian C-Class license is essential
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Ability to communicate clearly with site crews and write clear, accurate reports
• You must be confident enough to stop work if you see something dangerous
