On behalf of a leader in high-volume industrial manufacturing, Randstad is seeking an autonomous and proactive HSE Advisor. This critical position acts as a key member of the site management team, providing expert advice, training, and systems maintenance to ensure a "Zero Harm" environment.You will have the direct authority to recommend HSEQ improvements and, crucially, to halt any unsafe behaviors or practices on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Management Systems: Support the implementation and maintenance of an integrated management system (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000/HACCP).
Leadership: Provide direction and support to the HSE function at a secondary regional site.
Risk Management: Oversee site risk assessment processes, including new plant equipment, chemicals, and contractor management.
Reporting & Auditing: Lead incident investigations (root cause analysis), conduct regular workplace audits, and prepare monthly HSEQ performance reports.
Training: Identify business training needs and develop/deliver HSEQ modules for both the general workforce and management.
