The Role
We are seeking a proactive WHS Advisor to oversee a flagship multi-residential project located in the Manly / Northern Beaches area. This is a site-based role focusing on maintaining a gold-standard safety culture within a high-pressure, high-reward environment.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership: Drive WHS compliance across all tiers of sub-contractors on a complex, high-spec site.
Risk Management: Conduct thorough site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety audits.
Compliance: Ensure the project aligns with NSW WHS legislation and the company's rigorous internal safety management systems.
Documentation: Manage incident reporting, investigation, and high-risk work permits with precision.
Your Profile
Experience: 3+ years of WHS experience within the Australian construction industry (Tier 2 or high-end boutique experience preferred).
Credentials: Cert IV in WHS (minimum) and a valid White Card.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to influence site teams and liaise effectively with Project Managers.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the logistics and environmental constraints of Northern Beaches construction sites is a plus.
