The Opportunities
We are currently hiring for several key positions across our regional centres:
... Mossman (Johnston Road): We are looking for an Educational Leader, three Senior Educators (Room Leads), three Educators, and one Centre Cook.
Mount Isa: We are seeking an Assistant Director and one Educator.
Gatton: We have openings for two Senior Educators and two Educators.

Assistant Directors Kick start your journey with a $8,750 Sign-on Bonus, followed by an additional $8,750 Retention Bonus at the 12-month mark. For those who stay with us long-term, you will receive a $3,000 Annual Retention Bonus every year after your 5th anniversary.
Teachers and Senior Educators New team members in these roles receive a $7,500 Sign-on Bonus and a $7,500 Retention Bonus after 12 months of service. You will also be eligible for a $3,000 Annual Retention Bonus after 5 years.
About You
We are looking for team members who are nurturing, professional, and driven by a "children-first" mindset.
Experience: Previous experience in an Early Childhood setting is highly advantageous.
Qualifications: Must hold (or be working towards) relevant ACECQA-approved qualifications.

Educators and Cooks We are pleased to offer a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for all new Educators and Cooks, with a further $5,000 Retention Bonus paid after 12 months.
Relocation Support If you are moving to join one of our teams, we provide relocation reimbursement of up to $10,000, negotiable based on the distance travelled. For those moving from "local" hubs (such as Cairns to Mossman), we offer a flexible reduced amount of up to $5,000 to assist with your transition.
