Required skills:
2+ years in a Quality Analyst or Assurance role.
Essential experience with credit, debit, or prepaid card systems and operations (e.g., scheme rules, transaction processing, disputes).
Strong analytical skills and a commitment to root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and business teams.
